One of the ways associations add value to their members is by connecting with them in meaningful ways. Website forms give you the ability to collect information about your members. In a similar way, website surveys give you valuable information by allowing you to ask questions to your members.

Our form and survey modules are both built to make it very easy for you to create and manage questions. With the click of a button, you can add a new question to your survey and then add multiple choices response options. View the tallied results of the survey responses from everyone who participated. Similarly, our field manager functionality gives you the ability to add fields on e-mail forms. Once you create a form or survey, you can use our Pages module to insert it onto a page yourself.
