Frequently asked questions (FAQs) give your members a way to view or search for critical information about your organization. FAQs can be used to help potental members understand the benefits you provide or can be used to answer training questions for existing members.

Create a public FAQ for potential members to find out more about the
services you offer, then create a private FAQ that only logged in
members can see and give them access to training information or other
knowledge that enhances the services you provide. FAQs can be inserted on any page of your site. Users can browse by tag or they can search to find a topic they are looking for. Additionally, you can attach images or even videos to FAQs.

- Each entry is set up to easily add a question and an answer
- FAQs are automatically updated on the website to be viewed by users
