Our Orders module is truly powerful. You can search, find and fulfill orders in the same place, no matter where it came from—phone, web or mail. Easily manage line items on an order by editing product options, voiding or adding a new one. Receive check, cash or credit card payments right within our software. We even give you the ability to automatically refund a credit card payment.

- Search orders by name or by order number
- View orders by unpaid, open or closed
- When an online order is made, an e-mail notification is sent out to
the person ordering and to the appropriate person in your organization
- All order information is viewable in the "My Account" section of the website when members are logged in
- Orders have two note fields, one public that shows up in the "My Account" and on invoices and one is private that only shows up on the back-end
- You can manage event registration changes such as changing an event attendee information or product options
- Each order allows for multiple transactions

- Credit card transactions get processed in the order screen, no need to go somewhere else
