The heart of any association is their membership. To fully manage your revenue stream, you need to have an easy way to find a contact, view their membership status and find out when their membership expires. You may need to run reports on this list of members or easily renew memberships that are getting ready to expire.

The Associo Memberships module makes it easy to search and find contacts within a membership. You can search or browse contacts within a single membership type or search across all your memberships. You can refine your search to only display expired memberships and then click to renew them easily. If this membership is a dues-billed membership, the membership is renewed through the dues billing process, which means that an order is not generated until they have paid their dues. If the membership is an invoiced membership, then the order is immediately created and will be available for payment in our Orders module.
Associo also gives you the ability to set up website permissions based on different membership types. So, when a particular member logs into your website, they will only see the pages that you have given their membership access to. When they login, they are automatically redirected to the member homepage that you have set up. This gives you the ability to customize content, products and information targeted to a specific member type. This functionality is critical to your ability to provide value-added services to your members that the general public does not have access to.
