Having access to contact information is good, but being able to segment contacts into groups is powerful. We give you the tools to organize people by manually adding a person to a group. You can also create rules that define who should automatically be added to a group.

You have the ability in our Groups module to add people to a group. For instance if you wanted to create a group showing everyone who is in a particular district, you might want to manually add a person to this group. But, you could also to use our auto add functionality. Using this tool you can create a simple query that finds people automatically and adds them to the group. An example would be that you want to find all the people who have registered for an event and who live in a particular city. Once you create your groups, you can export this data to Excel, run reports, or even send an e-mail broadcast using our e-mail broadcast module.
