Member self-service
|
 |
Today's associations are more stretched for resources than ever before. More and more members are wanting access to information or are needing to make purchases online. Why not give your members the ability to service themselves?

Our member self-service tools give members the ability to complete tasks themselves, which increases their satisfaction and takes burden off the association staff. Members can sign up for an online account through your website, or you can create the login yourself. When members sign up through the website, you can decide if you want that member to automatically gain access to web resources, or if you want to manually verify that they or their company are a dues paying member. Once a member has logged into your website they can now register for events or make purchases online. The system remembers their information, so the process is quick and painless. Members can also view and update their contact information, pay invoices online, or even update their job postings. When a member is logged in, they have access to whatever premium content their membership qualifies for, providing members with value-added services that others do not receive.

- Members can view the "My Account" section of the website when they are logged in
- Members can update their login password or change contact data such as phone numbers or addresses
- Members can see current orders or view past order history
- Members can easily renew their membership online, or pay for other invoices that are outstanding
- Members can update job posting information or online resumes
- Use a member directory and make this directory open to the public or only available to members when they are logged in
- Optionally give your members access to their member directory homepage where they can post information and pictures about themselves
- When members are logged in, their addresses are populated when making purchases so that the process is quick and easy for them
- When members are logged in, their menu automatically changes based on the permissions of their active membership
