NIBS Goes Live Show DetailsHide Details
Dec 30, 2009

A number of month ago, we launched the new National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) website. To view their new website, click here. They used Associo Membership Management software to integrate the website content of their 10 + websites. Instead of having their membership database separate from their website, now NIBS can have members sign up online for memberships and even pay immediately with a credit card. This information then is available in the membership record. All their website content, membership data and product orders are now all within the same system!
After launch of the project, NIBS realized that they wanted more automation in the process of billing their memberships. So, we enhanced our membership billing process with what we call "Actions". This functionality now gives NIBS the ability to setup what follow up they want to do with a member and at what intervals. For example, they can specify to send a welcome email day one after a member signs up, then after 14 days send another email with an overview of the services they provide. Additionally as a part of the action process, NIBS can now specify the number of days before the membership expires to send out the membership renewal notice. Members can then log in and pay online, or print out the invoice attached to the email and send in a check.
It has been an honor for us to work with National Institute of Building Sciences and it would be an honor for us to work with you. If you think your association might benefit from the website content, e-commerce and membership management tools from Associo, please give us a call @ 800-831-7012 or email us at sales@associosoftware.com .

Tacoma Executive Association Goes Live Show DetailsHide Details
Nov 19, 2008
Last week, we launched the much improved website for Tacoma Executive Association (TEA). We worked with Sands Costner on the new design elements to give their site a much needed facelift. TEA also wanted to be able to have a single place to manage their members and contacts, so we imported their contact database and set their members up with logins. By having their contacts in our online system, TEA can now send out email blasts to their members or any other group of contact in the system. TEA saves time using associo, while at the same time providing their members better service.

We are putting the final touches on Tacoma Executive Association's (TEA) new web site. The site should launch in October. We have increased their ability to track memberships and allow members to submit information through the website. This will greatly decrease the work in managing information, but also provides a much enhanced interface to members.

Launching New Associo Site Show DetailsHide Details
Oct 1, 2008
We've been so buy for the past year finishing the features for the new version of our software, we have neglected our website. Well, MR. Web, you have been ignored no more. We have officially released our new website, and we can't be more excited about it. We spent a lot of time making sure the look of the website was appealing and communicated the incredible benefit of our software for associations. But even more than that our website has been built with the idea that we can add value to our existing clients through product update news and better tutorials and videos for training.
Let us know your thoughts we'd love to hear from you! Email us at products@associosoftware.com

Sep 8, 2008
In July we launched an updated website and application for the Women's Resource Directory-- the premiere directory and networking site for women in Washington State. The key to making this project a success was customizing our member management tools and member directory tools to fit the need for Women's Resource. The result is a beatiful site designed by Sands Costner that provides easy access to information and enables simple administration from the back end.

AGC Goes Live Show DetailsHide Details
Aug 25, 2008
In July, we launched Associated General Contractors of Washington's new web site using Associo's Tools. Some key features that make this implementation stand out for us:
- AGC is using Associo as a full replacement for iMIS, their old association management software
- Complete website redesign. AGC's old website was a mess of update upon update that seemed to fit no general design theme. We spent a considerable amount of time taking their existing content placing it into the the new design we created for them.
- We made some enhancements to our news module to make it easy for them to add news articles regularly. Check out their site, they are really using the news feature!
- New To-do list manager. We added a new module that is now a part of our core software to all them to manage tasks within their organization.
